SnackNation (now Caroo) is a B2B company that specializes in delivering workplace snacks that are as healthy as they are delicious, with over 5,000 snacks from over 1,500 premium brands. In addition, SnackNation’s prices are up to 40% less than retail, making it a boon for stocking healthy alternatives in break rooms and conference rooms across the country.
A Growing Problem
As SnackNation grew its client base, their 200 employees began to spend longer than was necessary in Salesforce. Specifically, they were seeing a steady increase in puzzling error messages, causing lags whenever they were trying to transfer or work within their Salesforce records.
